Kleman Padror - Black

The Padror has been made in France since the early 1990s, originally designed for SNCF railway workers who needed a shoe that could take daily use without falling apart. That brief hasn't changed much. Neither has the shoe.

The upper is full-grain cowhide leather from a responsible Spanish tannery, the same part of the hide used in the best leather goods, chosen for its even surface and durability. Clean black throughout, no variation in tone. Serrated hem, decorative stitching at the back, two-eyelet lace closure. The rubber sole is anti-slip and anti-abrasion. The Poron insole absorbs impact. Made in Anjou, France by Etablissements Cléon, a family manufacturer that has been producing shoes since 1945.

It's a proper everyday shoe. Wears in, doesn't wear out.

Kleman uses EU sizing. The Padror runs true to size. If you are between sizes, go up.
