These terms cover purchases made at brudy.co.uk and in our shop at 21 St John Street, Perth. THE CONTRACT When you place an online order, you'll get a confirmation email. That's us accepting your order and the point at which the contract is formed. We reserve the right to cancel orders if an item turns out to be unavailable or incorrectly priced, in which case we'll let you know and refund you in full. PRICES All prices are in pounds sterling. We're currently unregistered for VAT. Prices may change but we won't change the price of an order after it's been confirmed. AVAILABILITY We carry small quantities by design. Items shown online may sell out quickly. We don't take backorders. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by Scots law. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
