Returns and refunds
We want you to feel confident buying from brudy., whether that’s in the shop or online. We’re always happy to help with fit and sizing before you buy, and we aim to keep returns simple and fair. Returns are accepted within 14 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return postage costs. Refunds are made to the original payment method. Faulty items are, of course, handled separately and properly.
In-store purchases
If you buy something in the shop and change your mind, you can return it within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as it’s unworn and in original condition. We’re always happy to help you try things on in-store and talk through fit before you buy, which usually avoids the need for returns altogether.
Click and collect orders
Orders placed online and collected in store are treated as online purchases. You have 14 days from the day you collect your order to return it. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Refunds are issued once the item is returned. If you’d like to try items on when collecting, you’re very welcome to do so in the shop.
Online orders (posted)
For items ordered online and delivered by post, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you’d like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the item back in suitable condition, we’ll process your refund promptly.
Faulty items
If something isn’t right, please get in touch as soon as possible. If an item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, your rights are protected under UK consumer law and we’ll put things right.
